Rose Blair, Vice President, is responsible for new business development and strategic sponsorships.  She also leads initiatives to measure the value of diversity communications for HPR clients.

Prior to joining Howland PR in 2005, Rose served as the sponsorship and leasing manager for the MGM Grand Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas, NV.  While at MGM, she managed corporate sponsorships for clients including Coca Cola, Sprint, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, Coors Brewing Company, Diageo, and Kodak. Rose is a member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Association of Black Journalists.
